In the summer the proximity of the river tempts you to take a kayak ride or just a swim.
Close by lies the famous Red Marsh that motivates you to take part in a rutting spectacle of red deer and elks in the autumn.
And in the winter, the radiating warmth of a fireplace in a cosy diningroom, company of caring hosts and a couple of cats should satisfy even the most demanding tastes. It is also a perfect starting point for an elk safari trip or cross-country skiing that is a passion of the hosts and their lovely alaskan malamute dog.
